I’ve been where you are.

At 30, I found myself divorced and struggling to start over. I had an anxious avoidant attachment style, constantly settling for relationships I knew wouldn’t go anywhere. Trapped in a cycle, I was over-functioning and attracting men who couldn’t commit to a dinner plan, let alone to a meaningful relationship.

Mind if I say something *actually* helpful?

You've probably heard that “self-love” is the key to great relationships. I know what it’s like to chase those quick fixes—trust me, I tried it all. I focused on surface-level self-worth work, thinking that was enough to change everything.

At the time, I was diving into self-help books, trying to will my relationships into success. But sometimes, I’d wonder, “Why am I *still* attracting the same kind of draining relationships?”

Even though it felt like I was doing everything right, deep down, I hadn’t dealt with the deeper traumas that were shaping my life. Losing my father at a young age left me with wounds I never fully addressed, and those unresolved feelings messed with my core beliefs.

 

I didn’t realize how much they influenced my relationships—how I saw myself and what I thought I deserved. It wasn’t until I did the deeper subconscious work to heal that I truly started to understand the concept of self-worth and it transformed my life; manifesting the man of my dreams, a super-healthy twin pregnancy and my amazing twin boys.
